The Scientific Publishing House of Siedlce University conducts activities for the widest possible dissemination of knowledge. Since 2019 it has been publishing all its journals in open access on the website: Journals of the Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities), created on the basis of OJS (Open Journal System): https://czasopisma.uph.edu.pl/.

There are 14 periodicals available on the website: Camera Separatoria, Conversatoria Linguistica, Conversatoria Litteraria, De Securitate et Defensione. O Bezpieczeństwie i Obronności, Doctrina, Forum for Contemporary Issues in Language and Literature, Historia i Świat, Kultura Bezpieczeństwa, Matematyka Poglądowa, Officina Hisotriae, Siedleckie Zeszyty Komeniologiczne. Seria Pedagogika, Student Niepełnosprawny. Szkice i rozprawy, Studia Informatica and Zeszyty Naukowe UPH. Seria: Administracja i Zarządzanie.

The journals are published under open Creative Commons licenses. Since 2019 articles posted on the website have been assigned a DOI number (digital object identifier), which improves the visibility of a text on the web and increases the chance of citations.

By implementing open access policy, the Publishing House meets the recommendations concerning open science contained in international documents (among others in the Budapest Declaration of 14 February 2002 and in the Horizon 2020 framework programme) and in national ones (Directions of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the development of open access to publications and scientific results in Poland of 2015).
